Sharing wisdom 

In this workshop, we will discuss the 5 concepts of holistic sustainability while using mindfulness techniques to become aware of our life force & how we utilize it day to day. This fun, playful, yet vulnerable experience can help us build self-trust, and awareness becoming more efficient or balanced with our time & hearts. Reducing stress and ultimately burnout.

• 1-3 hours depending on the number of attendees. 

• Hands-on Techniques to help visualize concepts. 

• Self-Reflection & Sharing is part of this process. 

• Pairing up and teamwork are required. 

Great for personal & individual awareness for those who are in high-stress “helping fields” such as counselors, healing artists, medical professionals, teachers, lawyers, and public safety. This workshop can also assist organizations in assessing the work environment in which they create for staff & assist in employee work-life balance. 

$500  per workshop.

In this workshop, we discuss the history, lineages, 5 principles, benefits, and practice of Usui Ryoho-Tibetan Reiki, as well as the connection to mind, body, and spirit. After an hour-long presentation, discussion will play with hands-on awareness tools to connect to our energy body, or spirit & each participant will receive a mini 15-20min reiki session with space for reflection and discussion afterward.  This workshop is great for those in the healing arts, medical and counseling fields who would like to explore techniques to assist themselves and others. As well as for organizations or assist demographics where the receiving of reiki or access to tools and training would be of assistance. (Trauma, addiction, disability, illness). 

• 3-5 hours long depending on the number of attendees. 

• 10 sessions max in a single class. 

• Small breaks are included in the 3-hour day for the health of practitioners. 30 minutes total will be required for set up and break down. 

For larger groups, conventions, etc. multiple days will be required to provide reiki sessions OR the approval to bring trusted reiki practitioners with me to assist. (Please know in order to bring multiple practitioners I will need several months' notice to coordinate schedules- this is not always feasible due to individual practitioner discretion and travel availability. )  Multiple Day Events will

Providing staff and students with knowledge of alternative therapies, tools for self-care and the care of others can benefit so many lives as well as create an environment centered around compassion and understanding for not just the body and mind, yet a person as a whole and the earth in which we live. Training & Attunement in Reiki is not a quick journey. It is a process. 

• I require all students first complete the 13-week “Reiki Reprogram” Awakening the Healer Within before level 1 studies can begin. 

• Level 1 training requires a minimum of 4 weeks and allows for one to only work on the self. 

• Level 2 requires a minimum of 4 weeks and allows others to begin utilizing reiki on others. 

• Level 3 is a master-teacher program allowing one to further their skills and pass on the tradition of Reiki. It requires a minimum of 6 weeks. 

All portions of the training are able to be self-paced throughout the week with a weekly face-to-face check-in.

Available as an admin instructor or as a clinical instructor in person or via zoom though students will require hands-on practice at least with one another. 

Individually the cost to complete through level 3 is $1155.00
